Who we are
The Risk & Reward Group supplies consultancy and support services in benefit design and implementation, risk broking and management, absence and claims management and HR, to help employers in the financial management of their human capital. We raise the intellectual level on which benefits are dealt with and measure our success by the difference we can make to your organisation.
Whilst many of our services are recognisable as benefit support services, our aim is to look at a client's fundamental business objectives and shape our service delivery to aid their achievement.

Our clients, whilst operationally diverse, have one thing in common: they all rely on the talent and efforts of their employees to deliver their corporate goals.
The group is divided into three functional businesses, each one delivering services in its area of expertise:
Designing, implementing and managing cost-effective pension solutions for you and your employees, including resolving legacy schemes and funding issues. Advising private clients impartially on specific financial needs or with holistic planning reviews.
Providing outsourced HR consultancy and support services to HR professionals from reward, benefit and motivational frameworks which allow a business to deliver excellence in the management of its people and their well-being.
Developing, managing and broking insured and self-insured benefit portfolios, multinational pooling and multinational facilitation and Alternative Risk Transfer (ART) to assist employers in the active management of employee risk benefits.
