I started solo travel in 2012. Funny I didn’t even know what a Youth Hostel was in the beginning, and then later I only stayed in hostels while I was traveling. I met a lot of solo female travelers during my travels, maybe because we stayed in the youth hostel, which most solo travelers prefer to stay.
Mostly I traveled inside China. I especially love the west part of China, so many natural views, huge mountains. It makes you feel so small. You are just like an ant.
I also travelled some nearby countries in Asia. Like Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, South Korea, mostly alone, but you always find new company or funny people on your way. I always met brave solo female travelers in all the countries I've visited.
I am planning to explore Europe after the pandemic. So my story is to be continued...
